Just a short walk away, the nearby gondola is ready to take you up to Hochoetz - a popular ski resort in the winter and the starting point for spectacular alpine hikes in the summer months. The beautiful Lake Piburg, popular for swimming and stunning forest walks, is also not far away.

Oetz and the surrounding area is also a haven for mountain bikers and road cyclists, who can enjoy an impressive choice of routes covering all levels of difficulty.
